Assistance with claim

Damage to property

Good day On Thursday I requested assistance for a leaking geyser.An assessor from A Call Away came out to check and I specifically asked if there was water in the roof where the geyser is and he said no, even the drip tray is dry. He informed me that a valve must be replaced. On Saturday morning 2 plumbers came to replace the valve and firstly, they left my trap door open when they left and secondly, in the evening I noticed a big wet patch on my bedroom ceiling. This morning I noticed a second, smaller wet patch. This workmanship is unacceptable and should be fixed by the company, at their own expense. Outsurance has also given me good service but the last two service providers both caused damage to my property.The first one has been contacted twice,by Outsurance,to come assess the damaged they caused but is yet to contact me about it, and now this is the second service provider.the initial plumber to please come and check the damage as he saw there was no previous water in the roof.

Cancellation of a Life cover

I just realised How decieving can be and never keep up to their selling strategy via television on daily basis hence I decided to move from my old life cover which I have with a different insurance and join them only to find I???ve made the biggest blunder and such I believe should be exposed to the vulnerable public Very much disappointment and looking forward to cancel if no better offer is discussed

Repairs and 3rd party claim

Send pictures of all damages to my car to the consultant, when we took the car in for repairs the panel beater informed me that if anything was not authorised, they will send a quotation to the insurance. Car was fixed but interior damages and one on the exterior was not done. When we asked, the panelbeater said it was not authorised.We reached out to the consultant to find out why this was not included even after receipt of the pictures, Sam said it was an error on the assessor???s side. I must send them pictures AGAIN of the damages,in order for them to be sent to the panel beaters for a quote. The same panel beater who was very rude when we collected our car and asked questions to which he didn???t even want to answer.While there, another client came in complaining about their vehicle being with them for2 months waiting for a quote.All I got, a mediocre service, no feedback provided unless you call in.Worse part, they don???t call 3rd party for updates on claim. Waste of one???s time!

Burst geyser replacement

Absolutely pathetic! A day and a half later, besides the fact that the emergency was submitted the previous evening, the geyser replacement is yet to happen. The claims consultant does nothing with regards keeping me updated with progress nor chasing the service provider
